Report Abuse or Safety Concerns

Your safety is our priority. If you encounter harassment, impersonation, or any behaviour that violates our policies, you can report it in the following ways:

  • In-app reporting: Use the "Report" feature within the app to flag harassment, impersonation, or policy violations directly.
  • Email: Send a detailed report to support@wingmawo.com with relevant details and screenshots.

All reports are reviewed confidentially. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action in accordance with our policies.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Wingmawo account, you have two options:

  • Delete from the app: Navigate to Profile → Delete Account to permanently delete your account directly within the app.
  • Request via email: Send a deletion request to support@wingmawo.com from your registered email address.

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
