Child Safety & CSAM Policy

1. Objective

Wingmawo strictly prohibits the presence, creation, storage, transmission, or distribution of content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.

Any activity involving CSAM, grooming, or exploitation of minors will result in immediate enforcement action.

2. Age Restriction

Wingmawo is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware of a minor using the platform, the account will be immediately removed.

Users who encounter suspected underage accounts should report them using the in-app reporting tools.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any content depicting or sexualizing minors
• Any material that may reasonably be interpreted as child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming behaviour or attempts to exploit minors
• Any images, conversations, or materials involving sexual exploitation of minors

4. Detection and Reporting

Wingmawo implements moderation systems and reporting tools designed to detect and address violations.

Users can report suspected violations by:

• Using the in-app report feature
• Contacting the safety team via email

All reports involving potential child exploitation are reviewed with priority.

5. Response and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report of suspected CSAM or exploitation:

• The moderation team conducts an immediate review
• Content may be removed or restricted during investigation
• Offending accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated
• Evidence may be preserved where required by law

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Wingmawo cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities regarding suspected CSAM or exploitation.

Where required by law, we may:

• Preserve relevant platform data
• Share evidence with authorities
• Provide cooperation in investigations

7. Preservation of Evidence

To support investigations, relevant data such as messages, logs, and metadata may be preserved even after account deletion where legally required.

8. User Responsibility

Users must:

• Respect the 18+ age restriction
• Report suspected violations immediately
• Avoid sharing any content involving individuals under 18

Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal requirements, safety improvements, or platform updates.
