Terms & Conditions of Wingmawo™

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wingmawo mobile application and all related services (“Service”) provided by Affinity Grid Private Limited (“Affinity Grid”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Wingmawo is a digital product of Affinity Grid Private Limited and is legally governed by Affinity Grid. You can contact us at: support@wingmawo.com

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement between you and Affinity Grid Private Limited.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older (or the age of legal adulthood in your jurisdiction).
  • Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Identity Verification: We may request identity verification (including government ID or selfie verification) to ensure authenticity.
  • Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Single Account Policy: Multiple accounts are prohibited unless expressly authorized.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
  • Post or transmit harassing, obscene, hateful, pornographic, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful content
  • Engage in threats, stalking, abuse, or criminal conduct
  • Use Wingmawo for solicitation of prostitution or unlawful sexual activity
  • Upload viruses, malware, scripts, bots, or automated systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform
  • Collect personal data of other users without consent
  • Use the Service in countries where restricted by law

3. User Responsibility & Conduct

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content, messages, calls, images, videos, or interactions you engage in through Wingmawo.
  • No Platform Endorsement: Affinity Grid does not endorse or verify statements, interactions, or conduct of users.
  • Sensitive Information: We do not encourage sharing private or sensitive information. Any harm from disclosing such data is solely your responsibility.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully.

4. Communications Consent

By creating an account, you:

  • Consent to receive essential service-related communications (OTPs, alerts, legal notices, safety notifications)
  • Consent to receive optional marketing content, which you may opt out of at any time
  • Acknowledge that essential operational or security messages cannot be opted out of

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

  • We may offer premium subscriptions and paid features
  • Payments must be made through authorized platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through your store settings
  • Refunds follow applicable store policies
  • Non-payment may result in suspension of paid features

6. Intellectual Property

Affinity Grid owns all intellectual property related to Wingmawo, including software, design, logos, and trademarks. Wingmawo™ and the Wing™ logo are trademarks of Affinity Grid.

User Content Ownership:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant Affinity Grid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for platform operation, safety, and improvement
  • You warrant that you own all rights to posted content and assume liability for third-party claims

7. Moderation, Reporting & Termination

Moderation may be automated or manual. Affinity Grid does not proactively monitor private message content. When users report violations, review is conducted based on user-submitted evidence and available safety signals.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, threats, fraud, illegal behavior, or breach of these Terms.

8. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We may disclose user data when required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory authority. We cooperate with law enforcement in investigations involving safety, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.

9. Limitation on Liability

Affinity Grid is not liable for:

  • User-generated content
  • User behavior on or off-platform
  • Communications between users
  • Losses arising from disclosure of personal data to other users
  • False representations made by users

Wingmawo facilitates connections but does not guarantee user authenticity or outcomes.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Affinity Grid disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affinity Grid from all claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content
  • Your violation of law or these Terms
  • Third-party claims related to your conduct

12. Regulatory Compliance

We operate in accordance with:

  • GDPR (EU)
  • CCPA/CPRA (California)
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)

14. Claims & Dispute Resolution

Any claim must be brought within six (6) months of occurrence. Disputes shall first be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

Seat of arbitration: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

This is the official and only support address for Wingmawo.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Affinity Grid regarding use of Wingmawo.
